In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Place the pork chops in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for more intense flavor.
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145Β°F (63Β°C) and the chops are nicely seared.
Baste the pork chops with the remaining marinade during grilling.
Grill pineapple rings for 1-2 minutes per side until they have grill marks.
Serve the Hawaiian Pork Chops over cooked rice, garnished with grilled pineapple rings and fresh cilantro.
