Celebrating a Milestone! 🎉 On May 8th, Centerstone’s Stride Center in Columbus, IN marked its one-year anniversary! Since opening in April 2023, we've proudly served the community with over 1,800 visits and 2,000 guest visits, providing crucial referrals for housing, mental health, and substance use disorder services. Our Stride Center is dedicated to offering triage and crisis intervention services, connecting individuals to essential resources like mental health and substance use treatment, peer support, recovery coaching, shelter, food, clothing, and Naloxone (NARCAN) training. We also deploy mobile crisis teams to support those in need. A special thank you to Columbus Mayor Mary Ferdon, Centerstone COO Robb Backmeyer, VP of Adult Services Linda Grove-Paul, Director of Crisis Services Melissa Helm, Administrative Director of Adult Services Tammie Eppley, Bartholomew Co. Sheriff Chris Lane, Columbus Police Dept. Lt. Alyson Eichel, CRH Manager of Care Coordination and Social Services Liz Patton, and all community guests and Stride Center staff for celebrating with us.
